Shuttle Booking Guidelines 

1. Eligibility: This service is available to staff of CUHK and CUHK-Shenzhen, their family members, student groups, and invited guests. All non-staff applicants need to submit applications in the name of a staff member. 

2. The purposes of taking the shuttle include: Teaching Activities, Research Activities, Daily Commute and Business Trips. 

3. Deadline: Please complete the online application form via WJX link: http://wj.cuhk.edu.cn/vm/wzXQzvb.aspx by 1:00 PM the day before your intended trip.

4. Application Period: Applications are accepted only for the upcoming week. The booking system closes every Friday and reopens on Saturday.

Reminders

1. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee a seat. 

2. Confirmation emails will be sent by 5:00 PM the day before your trip. A boarding pass will be attached for successful applications. Please show your boarding pass to the driver when boarding the shuttle. Passengers without a valid pass cannot be accommodated. 

3. The shuttle departs on schedule. Please arrive at the pick-up point early to board on time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
