One Brand, Two Campuses

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen), in which the faculty and students adhered to the founding spirit of "passionate dedication, a century-old university, a millennium brand, conscience for eternity", inherits the vision and the academic system of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), and strives to explore a new path of higher education featured by strong connections to both China and the world.

The two Universities have fully leveraged the advantages of "One Country, Two Systems" and the mechanisms for cooperative education, jointly building "one brand, two campuses" and serving as a successful model for the integration of Hong Kong's higher education system into national development. 

The CUHK-Shenzhen is committed to providing top-quality higher education that features an integration of the East and the West and fostering an enriching research environment in the Great Bay Area. It is CUHK-Shenzhen's mission to cultivate innovative talents with a global perspective, Chinese cultural traditions and social responsibilities.

Task Force on Collaboration between CUHK and CUHK, Shenzhen

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and CUHK-Shenzhen have signed the Strategic Collaboration Framework Agreement, including establishment of a strategic cooperation taskforce to advance education and research as well as the construction of a nationally and globally leading higher education brand. The taskforce includes five subgroups: Education subgroup, New Initiatives subgroup, Human Resources & Finance Policies subgroup, Reputation and Branding subgroup, and Research & Commercialization subgroup. All subgroups take responsibilities to accelerate ongoing projects and propose new cooperation initiatives across various fields, aiming to promote mutual complementarity and integrated development of CUHK and CUHK-Shenzhen.

CUHK Campuses Collaboration Office

CUHK Campuses Collaboration Office is an office that facilitate effective coordination in communication and collaboration between The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Our primary responsibilities encompass facilitate ongoing collaborative projects, organizing joint school activities, building up communication channels, and driving strategic initiatives across both campuses.
Additionally, we strive to offer comprehensive support and services for the collaboration between our two campuses, facilitate educational development on both sites under the philosophy of “One Brand, Two Campuses”, and foster integrated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
